The mission of the Picadeli Brand Ambassador (In-Store Sampler) is to drive customer trial and awareness of the Picadeli salad bar concept at our grocery store locations in the Minneapolis area. Working in-store during peak lunch hours, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, assembling and handing out samples, and clearly explaining how the salad bar works. Brand Ambassadors will work 3–4 hour sampling shifts, typically 4–5 days per week (weekdays focused; evening and weekends optional), and complete simple survey on your phone. Success in this role comes from strong communication, positive energy, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a clean, food-safe sampling setup and representing Picadeli professionally.

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) plays a critical role in the continued growth and success of Picadeli US and its customers. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for owning the installation of new Picadeli salad bars at retail and food service partner sites (e.g., grocery stores, hospitals, colleges, corporate dining), as well as managing ongoing day-to-day partner relationships to ensure consistent adherence to Picadeli’s operating guidelines and an excellent consumer experience. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a highly autonomous, accountable environment. CSSs manage their own schedules, prioritize their work, and execute effectively with minimal supervision and a high degree of personal accountability. You will work across multiple functional areas including quality, food safety, hardware/software, training, finance, and marketing to support store performance and drive continuous improvement. This role requires regular travel: typically 4 days per week visiting stores in-market by car, in- and out-of-market travel during installation weeks, plus occasional weekend travel.
