Manager, Planning and Execution

Leading project planning and execution of events, including but not limited to defining project scope, budget, and timelines including, working with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member, creating and communicating a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow, writing project reports, as necessary, developing team schedules and nurture collaboration, keeping key project documents and setting up an electronic filing system, monitoring project progress, responding to variances, and managing change, and ensuring the project objectives are met and that the project closing activities are completed; leading the development of new store implementations by managing the process while guiding team members in completing tasks including, documenting, analyzing, improving, redesigning, controlling, and monitoring the process of new store implementation, breaking large processes into pieces and assigning them to departments, creating and organizing teamwork processes that define how we will collaborate with new partners, making team action plans and leading team to follow them, monitoring implementation, service, and client outcomes, and utilizing data and feedback to inform of ongoing improvements; leading the development of setting up a structured process for new partnerships to obtain a positive project performance including, developing a good strategy, with systematic growth in mind, which gives direction to new partners, minimizing resistance and barriers, assigning accountability by breaking down tasks, and promoting productive meetings and establishing a performance management cycle; leading all marketing functions relating to performance, social, and field marketing efforts intended to drive awareness, consideration, trial, sales, and loyalty including, developing and implementing marketing plans, consulting with creative teams to produce branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies, leading and creating marketing activities including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning, and creating marketing reports and presentations when necessary; leading the development process for external training including, letting up a strategy for training that can easily be implemented and mirrored in store, working with third parties to identify errors, developing training material together with the other markets, nourishing the colleagues and facilitating that they can perform their best and create the most value for Picadeli, implementing the training strategy in stores, and using feedback to inform of ongoing improvements. This is a remote position working 40 hours per week, 9AM to 5PM. Work related travel required as needed to perform the position (10%). Contact P. The mission of the Picadeli US Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is to ensure the operational success of the Picadeli salad bar concept at our customer locations within their coverage area. Engaging with existing and new customer store teams, this is a hands-on field role that will work across multiple functional areas such as food safety and quality, training, hardware, software, marketing, finance, troubleshooting/problem solving, and service matters. CSSs develop and execute strategic account plans, deliver business reviews, and launch or iterate on continuous process improvements to deliver an exceptional customer and consumer experience with the Picadeli concept.
